Our quotes separate government fees, liaisoning or actual-basis charges and professional charges. Government fees are paid to the relevant authority and are set by it; they can change without notice. No online payment is collected through this website. Cancellation, refund and dispute terms for a particular engagement are agreed before work begins.
Government decisions
Applications are decided by the relevant government authority. We prepare and file applications and follow up on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, or that it will be approved within a particular time.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate and complete information and genuine documents. Do not send documents belonging to others without their permission. You remain responsible for the accuracy of anything filed in your name or your business's name and for compliance obligations after approval.
