This policy explains how Lawgical Guru ("we", "us"), F-2, 1st Floor, Noida Sector-3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, handles personal information collected through lawgicalguru.in. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry or call-back form we collect your name, mobile number, city or state, the service you are interested in and, if you choose to give them, your email address and a message. We also record the page you submitted the form from, the time of submission and your IP address, which we use to detect spam and misuse.
Please do not send identity documents, bank details or other sensitive records through the website forms. We will tell you how to share documents securely once we are in touch about your matter.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry by call, WhatsApp or email, as you have consented by ticking the consent box.
- To prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work you request.
- To keep a record of follow-ups, and to prevent spam and abuse of the forms.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it to send unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Enquiries are stored in a database on our web hosting provider (Hostinger) and may also be emailed to our business mailbox. Access to the enquiry dashboard is protected by a login limited to authorised staff. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf as part of running the website.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. The enquiry forms do not require an account. If we later add analytics or tag-management tools, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Third-party links and messaging
Links to WhatsApp, phone dialling and official government portals open services that have their own privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping, and longer where the law or an ongoing engagement requires it. You can ask us to delete an enquiry earlier.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you have given us, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, by writing to info@lawgicalguru.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and its date.
